Chef Ricardo grew up in Peru as the 11th of 13 brothers and sisters. O N • C E is a Peruvian Japanese Nikkei restaurant that celebrates family. Not just the one we grow up with, but the new families we build along the way. New families that are drawn together like kindred spirits. With O N • C E we celebrate those connections and look forward to all the new ones we’ve still yet to make.
