Superfine

Following the success of opening Rossobu, Chef Steve Samson was inspired by the rich history of City Market South as the site of LA’s original produce market. Superfine is an homage to the old world’s and new world’s finest pizza-making traditions. We’ve picked our favorite elements from each and bolstered them with the freshness of our local produce to create a blended trifecta of deliciousness. From this we developed the brand Superfine Pizza, which we believe is much better than fine.
